No-one enjoys the process of going to the dentist and my fear has been with me for forty years, stemming from the school dentist! A very simple thing happened to change my fear – I met Andrew in reception. A brief interaction and a light hearted joke with him and the receptionists changed everything for me. It’s just brilliant! I still don’t like the process but I’ve a new found trust, so it’s not so terrifying and I quite look forward to seeing him! – Lorraine
