If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know. No charge will be made for cancellations provided reasonable notice is given – at least 24 hours notice prior to your visit. Failed appointments and late cancellations may however incur a charge. We offer appointment reminders on request.
It is important that you notify us of any change in your personal circumstances so that we may keep our records accurate.
If you have an urgent dental problem please contact the practice and we will see you as soon as possible. Outside normal hours the answer phone will provide an emergency number to give you the best advice.

Our practice is located in a listed Regency building and so we are unable to provide wheelchair access. If you have any specific needs, please call us in advance to ensure we are able to meet them.
